The apparent victim of a ship collision, a dead 70-foot (20-meter) blue whale (pictured) washed ashore in a forbidding northern California cove this week.

The blue whale, the largest animal ever to roam earth, is perhaps the most vulnerable whale in facing extinction.

We know their migratory paths and while ship collisions create the blue whales most consistant mortality rate, why do we not change the couses of shipping lanes...

This is a such sad horrid fate of this beautiful blue finned friend.

OMG...

I'm Ill, this is happening way to much...to much traffic in our Oceans.
