Recently I learned that, zoologically, birds are actually dinosaurs. Reminds me of the bumper sticker that says "Dinosaurs aren't extinct - they've learned how to hide in trees!" Actually, they have, har har har.

As an objects, they are pieces of art.

They are not objects. All life was created by the CREATOR and the art is very perfect and beautiful, exquisitely
done, and a masterpiece. No other artwork compares to the precious beauty of the natural environment.

Thanks Marty for the exciting slide show and commentary. Wish there were more stories and articles about paleontology, anthropology and archeology here in the science and tech section. Read, watched and noted

This was published last September so I have to wonder what they may have done with it since.

Wonderfully interesting information, and pics.
I had heard about this last year, and am thrilled that evidence from ancient times continues to mount, in support of the concept of evolution.
