I am outraged by this. One has to be a rocket scientist to go shopping anymore. They refuse to label GM products in Canada because they don't want to irritate our trading partners. When consumers quit demanding pretty looking food, maybe there will be hope for real food if what's left hasn't been contaminated. Sheesh, when I plant my veggies, I plant some for the birds, some for the bugs, and the rest is for us. No GM stuff, no herbicides, pesticides, just nature and some determination. The veggies don't look uniform and unblemished and they don't have a long shelf life, but they're the real deal.

When it comes to nutrition and health...Monsanto and Dole will have none of it.The program is to feed to us as many toxic mind/body control compounds as required by the Queen and her henchmen[Osama Bin Obama].
Monsanto and Michello O can have a garden but YOU can't because it is against the law.I menchioned Genetic engineering before with the example of corn.If corn can and is a new genetic version of pesticide[DDT]and herbicide [round-up],what makes you think they can't turn any POISON into whatever they think YOU will buy into.They will put any green/organic grower out of business and spread their useless/toxic vegetables everywhere
in order to control the human population.Grow your own veggies/hemp/neem and use the seed from year to year without having to purchase genetics as practised now.That is organic and that is sustainable.

Monsanto has been experimenting for years on genetically altering seeds. Most of the seeds you buy in the stores (unless it says "Natural", or "RareSeeds", possibly "Organic" but it doesn't take much to meet the Organic standard by USGS standards...) are genetically altered seeds. Most of the seeds are sterile, they will grow but they will not produce a crop. I saved some seeds from green beans I planted and planted the saved seed the next spring. The plants grew but there was no crop.
Who was it that said, If you control the food and water you control the people.
In the US the Congress has passed a bill called the clean water act... that sounds all nice and all but what it really means is that instead of the Federal Govt. having control of navigable waters they will have control over all the water... well water, community waters, irrigation water...
When President Obama was a Senator, he was on a committee for the Law of the Sea Treat (LOST)... this treaty states that any water that flows into the oceans falls under the UN.... so any tributary that has rainfall, snow melt etc and it flows into a ditch, stream, creek and ultimately ends up in the ocean that water comes under UN jurisdiction not under the United States sovereign nation.
