The people who goes these places are used to have everything they want. I can understand they want to be private as re-hab is not easy no matter how nice the surroundins are.

I understand; one could compare it with "paradise", yet I think the shock getting back into the real world is even bigger! It certainly works well submitting only a small amount of people - but how do they cope with it afterwards ?
