i have been diagnosed with Hypothyroidism, my metabolism is currently very slow & i need all the help i can get. i'm aware of good nutrition & exercise but i didn't know digestive enzymes can help!

well - I boosted my whole metabolism while doing a physically de-acidification and detox. I changed my (already good) food and beverage habits now more to alkaline oriented diet - and I also take MSM-powder any day; I feel very well with it at all!
