Read more here: Nuremberg Code and Declaration of Helskinki on Vaccines Burgermeister alleges that bird and swine flu vaccines are untested and unproven. If this is the case and these vaccines are therefore experimental, mandatory vaccination would violate the principles of the Nuremberg Code. Given this experimental nature, administration of the vaccines could be characterized as research, and if conducted using Federal employees or funding, would also be subject to informed consent requirements under 45 CFR §46.116.

Much thanks for this post, Elderberry. Thanks to Carole and others for additional information. Everyone needs to read up on mandatory vaccinations and why you might really want to avoid them. Lots of garlic, onions, a wholesome diet of fresh fruits and vegetables, avoid refined/processed foods, exercise, a little sun every day, little meat, wholesome relationships, avoid stress and you can overcome illness. Practice good hygiene and avoid crowds.

The health ministry has said it plans to vaccinate 65 million people, or five percent of the country’s total population of 1.3 billion, before year’s end. (They started the vaccinations yesterday)
