It should be sighed immediately, as soon as it reaches Obama;s desk. This is not ground breaking but should have happened many years ago. Thanks, Cal, for keeping us aware of these things.

Thanks for the update, but I will believe it when I see it, it is after all just another chance for Obama to turn his back on the LGBT community as he has so consistently done since he put the mouthpiece of Homophobia Rick Warren in the lime light at his Inauguration, the repeal of DOMA, the repeal of DADT and his pathetic scraps from the table partnership rights fo Federal employees.
