Any improvement in Human Rights is great. Imposing sanctins does not help as yu can see with China. Things there have improved and will continue to do so. Maybe the same should happen to Iran. It seems that the government are hell bent on imposing sanctions but doing so will only cause them to dig their heels in and if they not imposed it would have them in a position where they would be open to the world and I think they would have to stop Human Rights abuses

Thank you Cal and please know that Chavez the leader of the country of Venezuela signed the petition to the UN for All Indigenous peoples rights back when the Lakotah people formed a sovereign Nation .
Not such a bad guy after all now is he !

someone who is trying his best to help his own people and stop other countries from taking them over and turning them back into serfs... is BAD???? Isn't that what the US did when you broke from England?
