We have asked the federal government time and again to take action against those who pollute our waterways and contaminate our shellfish. Our treaty shellfish harvest rights are threatened because the state and federal governments are failing to hold land

NOTED. It is *factory "farming"* that is to blame here!!!!! Human beings throughout the millennia did *not* consume meat 3 times a day in most sections of the world, not at all. We were foragers and consumed large amounts of plant foods. Today we must change our eating habits entirely in order to restore our suffering, sick Mother Earth. VEGAN DIET IS THE BEST CHOICE for the vast majority of our eating. Sustainabile, multi-crop production of plant foods using non-animal fertilizer is not only workable but healing for the planet. But it takes people's changing their "habits" and that means stopping being SELFISH about what they eat. Eating tons of meat and cheese, eggs and dairy means that YOU are actively supporting some of the worst polluters on the face of the earth - and the extreme and brutal torture of animals forced to live in concentration-camp hells. Is "a mouthful of flesh" worth killing our Mother Earth?! NO IT IS NOT.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if the Indian Nations sued the US government for destruction of their property? For failing to honor these treaties? Sounds like a great idea to me...

the indian nations should sue the government for stealing their land and all the atrocities committed since 1700's.

We can not afford to be sued.

As usual profit over common sense. If we poison our water or anyone else's water, we all pay in health and vitality.
