Let me make a prediction: the SCOTUS will rule in favor of the big oil company in a 5 to 4 decision. Yeah, I know, anyone could have made that prediction...

The appeals court ruled in favor of BIG OIL. The Us should help maintain reasonable laws everywhere.

Hey let's hear the BC Shell case, for our Liberal government is about to let them destroy our most precious river systems the Sacred Waters with coal methane and fracking galore Shell get the hell out of BC now!

I am not sure why this is good news, considering the sort of people that we have on our Court. When it comes to make a decision between public good and corporate good, they side with the corporations every time.
