From 1902 to 1994, the DuPont Chemical company dumped chemicals into New Jersey's Pompton Lakes. While the company abandoned the explosives site years ago, it has yet to clean up the mess it left behind.

These companies must be held accountable. If I was to dump chemicals like they did, I'd arrested and imprisoned. At the very least, they should be fined and have to clean up the mess.

The damage chemical companies does to the environment is staggering---the penalties they pay are so puny it is just a cost of doing business.
