I have the feeling most people don't watch the video, it was a little disruptive. I don't understand asking for pepper spray in advance.

I wonder if this is as terrible as the pepper spray incident at Occupy UC Davis. It has been uncovered that the pepper spray used by the UC Davis campus cops was not your average crowd control pepper spray. The Department of Homeland Defense has replaced the pepper spray at US Davis with military grade pepper spray.

Same thing happened in Montreal. Post-secondary education is rapidly becoming a gig for the very rich.

Why is that, whenever police go on a rampage, the people get accused of rioting? At what point is police violence going to be recognized as the brutality and the abuse of authority that it is? These police need to be charged, sued, and the police culture changed to represent values such as free spech, the right to assembly, etc.

When you act like a savage you should be treated like one! These pieces of crap acted like a bunch of savage, screamed we won after being pepper sprayed, the female who charged a cop screamed like she was hit by bullets after the charged cop shoved her and then a stupid idiot screaming medic like they were in a war zone after one moron was being dragged! This is completely insane and it is not how to protest! The only exception I give to people for doing crap like that while protesting is when in a war zone which is not the case here and by the way the people protesting in war zone countries do not scream we won when they are attacked! Yes we can all protest but protesting do not mean blocking the way and being violent!

The Board's proposal at odds with their statutory mission is the initial cause leading to these horrific results--the meeting should have been held in a larger place to provide for meaningful public participation as required by law.

Nancy, what video were you watching? All I saw were shots of screaming, confused people, holding their faces.
The new price hikes really are pretty shameful. Land of opportunity... as long as you're wealthy.
