In a twist of irony, a West Virginia woman is trying to collect money from a collection agency. Diana Mey, of Wheeling, W. Va., won the largest judgment ever against an abusive debt collection company -- more than $10 million.

Good for her. And I hope she gets the money out of those three slime balls. There are lots of companies just like this all over the country. One of our local hospitals contracted with one who demanded upfront payments from people in their emergency room! They're being sued. Turns out it is illegal to demand upfront payment in emergency rooms, delaying treatment while doing so. I hope that company goes belly up too!

Here's hoping these collection swindlers tank right alongside their big banking hero Bank of UnAmerica! It would serve them right if Ms Mey ended up essentially owning the company!
