S&N The government of the USA should have the right to function as users of the Internet, in recognition of the Internet's beginning as DARPANet. Other than that, they can darn well keep their sticky overregulating fingers off it, and that goes double or quadruple for the ITU, UN, and other greedy international organised criminal organisations!
