But the bill, which would provide several protections for women in the workplace, is unlikely to overcome a filibuster by Senate Republicans.

Needless to say, Republicans are opposing it as part of their ongoing War on Women.

Perhaps the Demagogue Party should practice what what they whine about since many of the big Dem names in the Senate and the House have a lousy record on what they pay their female staffers compared to what they pay their male staff. That also seems to be the case in the Executive Branch as well! BTW, how does the sex selection abortion protection primarily directed at aborting female babies killed by your Demagogues work with your fictional "GOP war on women"??????

"Republicans are basically saying women choose to be paid less than men,"

"This is as false as it is insulting and it's inaccurate."

The need to get the pukes out of office is becoming more and more everyday. People need to know just how bad the g o p and teabaggers really are.

Women deserve equal pay. Women pay the same for gasoline, groceries just as the men pay for those items and all other items. Women are not second class citizens
