Consumers deserve protection from advertising and labeling misrepresentation, and shareholders deserve to understand what the company is capable of doing to end its support of the extreme cruelty of raccoon dog fur production.

Action taken and shared.
But i can't help but wonder why HSUS doesn't concentrate more on the animals here in shelters and factory farms...many other organizations are campaigning on this issue already.
I realize the more pressure the better, but this takes resources that are dearly needed in other campaigns.

I guess i am getting as jaded with them almost as much as i am with PETA. :-(

Macy's is a company that only cares about making money, they care nothing about who suffers, as long as they make money!!

The supply of fur will dwindle when the demand for it ends. If fur came to be seen as a decadent excess most commonly worn by the wealthy elites who profit from the suffering of the rest of us, then the popularity of fur might finally die out.
