since when have the people of bangladesh had enough for themselves much less for thousands of refuges? you can't take in people when your own people are starving.

marie and Billie, your comments are worth considering, but think about some African countries that are helping refugees from neighboring countries. They are not rich of have enough for themselves, either.

And of course, international communities need to assist Bangladesh (or any country that hosts groups of refugees) to coop with the situation.
