The Baby Who Helped Her Paralyzed Dad Walk and Talk Again

Daybreak
Poet Henry W. Longfellow

A wind came up out of the sea,
And said, "O mists, make room for me."

It hailed the ships, and cried, "Sail on,
Ye mariners, the night is gone."

And hurried landward far away,
Crying, "Awake! it is the day."

It said unto the forest, "Shout!
Hang all your leafy banners out!"

It touched the wood-bird's folded wing,
And said, "O bird, awake and sing."

And o'er the farms, "O Chanticleer,
Your clarion blow; the day is near."

It whispered to the fields of corn,
"Bow down, and hail the coming morn."

It shouted through the belfry tower,
"Awake, O bell! proclaim the hour."

It crossed the churchyard with a sigh,
And said, "Not yet! in quiet lie."

" "The fact [that Ellis] has recovered to the extent he can walk home and has recovered his speech is quite remarkable," Chennu says, and he probably has his daughter to thank for it. "

I am a follower, nor a believer, in ANY religion, but never try to tell me that miracles don't happen. Because they do, for no reason we here will ever understand, they sometimes do. Perhaps this is a story about the miracle of love. Perhaps it is just a recovery. But I prefer to think love won this round.

sometimes you have to use your own common sense, not everything a Dr. tells you is right, of course they study for that, but guess what? if you have faith in God a lot of times we break barriers even Dr's can believe it so, never give up and use you own alternatives that is why he have a mind of our own.

Thanks Cal. It's amazing what a parent's love for their children can both accomplish and what you can receive. And also, when he had someone who was on his level and could help him start from the start. I hope this is a step towards revolutionizing rehabilitation.
