Congress takes a key first step to reform our toxic chemicals law for the first time in almost 40 years.

Great news! I wasn't surprised to see New York Senator Kirsten Gillibrand's name among those who supported the Act. Nor was I surprised to read that, "As expected, senators voted along party lines, with all Democrats supporting and all Republicans opposing the measure."

Do the Republicans REALLY want Americans to use chemicals that are unsafe, or are they just protecting the interests of their corporate masters?

...interesting

But what are these"worst of the worst" chemicals i wonder...Aree they gonna disclose what all are these? I wonder if these "worst of the worst" types are passable in SMALLER QUANTITIES perhaps?

how about experimental quantities of APPROVED chemical and "Bio-tech" toxins in our food, drink, MEDICINE and everyday products? Fluoride, BPA, Dioxins, industrial "contaminations", pesticides, "Antibiotics" , 'Additives" "Stabilizers", "Emulsifiers" "Preservatives" Artificial Sugars, flavor Enhancers, and now organ damaging,DNA disrupting, brain killing "unknown" "hormones", GMO's etcetra et cetra ARE ALL" WORST OF THE WORST"....No??!
