Having read some of the atrocities committed by the Syrian rebels I'm coming to the conclusion that both sides in this conflict are equally to blame.

There are always 2 sides to every war and in the Middle East, nothing is black or white. How many more wars does the U.S. have to step into to oust the dictatiors? It is so very sad to watch this unfold in the news. Don't really know what can be done except that I don't think the rebels are any better than the current government.

When will the violence end? When will people realise that they are all the same --- wanting to see their child grow up and thrive with children of their own?

I am becoming more jaded all the time --- there are forces on both sides that are turning this conflict into a contest of who's got the best, the biggest, the most deadly weapons, This whole civil war is a boon to the arms manufacturers.
