I've been reading Arundhati Roy's book "Power Politics" about dam construction in India - it sounds terrible and riddled with corruption there, predominantly serving the interests of the likes of Enron ... I hope Cambodia will not go the same way.

No place in the world is safe from man anymore...

The fact that people actually plan ahead so that they will not be inconvenienced while they "participate" in Earth Hour says it all. :-(

Where are the petitions? They are out there and have I found them? WHERE ARE THE PETITIONS.

LET US GIVE THEM SOLAR PANELS FOR ELECTRICITY, SOLAR THERMAL FOR HEATING OTR WATER, PASSIVE SOLAR TRAINING HAND-ON, TINY -MOVABLE HYDRO-ELECTRIC, AND SOME HAND -MADE WOODEN WINDMILLS. Non-profit groups would do well to impliment this project.
