thanks for the list Cal,so considerate of you.
I eat 9 out of 10,tomatoes being a trigger food for my gastritis ,also why I had to give up coffee.
Have a warmed cup of hemp milk for breakfast with multigrain cereal (7 grains unsweetened)
Also,have a tip for all, it has been proven that Agave nectar while it sounds great is actually worse for us than high fructose corn syrup,since it 100% fructose....been using it for years,just gave it up.
