Hopes that BP can settle early out of court on liability for its 2010 U.S. Gulf of Mexico oil spill looked forlorn on Wednesday after U.S. prosecutors laid out a legal case for gross negligence on which tens of billions of dollars hang.

They should pay deep for their careless ways. God knows they have the biggest profits and what else do they care about? Nothing!

It's about time! !! So angry seeing the Ceo Tony the jerk apologizing from his racing yacht in a clean British harbor hardly caring about the harbors he killed with negligence and greedy apathy. If he was an American I bet he'd love Romney and friends.

The post's picture of a man armed with a hose, to clean up billions of gallons of oil and dispersants, shows that we need not be drilling for oil as we have not the means to deal with a blowout such as Deep Water horizon.

Drilling in the Artic, just say No, Mr. President, please reverse that approval you just gave.

Move past fossil fuels to GREEN technology, we have the Power. In the meantime, charge as outrageous a fine as BP and other oil companies rake in each year in profits to mitigate the damage to land, wild creatures, and humans.

Noted, Thank you Cher.

We were just on a trip and low on gas. My husband pulled into a BP station and I asked him what the HECK he was doing. Unfortunately, he believes all the BP bullshit that is being fed to the public.
Well....long story short - we did NOT buy gas at the BP. Hubby was looking for a few nice days away and knew I would make life MISERABLE if he dared fill up there!!!!
