Thanks Cal for the link to the IPS news article by Stephanie Wildes. Let us hope that it small organic and sustainable farm and that Big AG can be kept out of the picture. Read and noted.

Thanks Cal noted. This is an important post as it really brings home the importance of the global interconnection of food production and how what happens in one part of the world effects another. How I hope that by becoming more aware of what the issues really are, we can make sure that all nations can help each other and depend on each other in times of crisis and special need. The more we truly become a global sommunity, the less out of balance nations may become. ( I hope!)
