What happened at the debate? Joe Biden popularized the word "malarkey." Paul Ryan melted hearts with "bean." And no one said a word about Big Bird

Paul Ryan's "bean" story was nauseating; maybe because he wants to take women's rights away. Picturing him as VP makes me shudder as much as Palin made me shudder. Please, vote Democratic all the way across!

It's not a compliment to be referred to as the "tea party darling." And as heart-warming as the "bean" story was, that same story is told over and over by so many parents who were overwhelmed with emotion when they first saw the embryonic image of their very-much wanted child. It may have been heartfelt, and I'm happy for the Ryans because every wanted child is a blessing and a gift to be cherished, but it certainly wasn't novel. It's important to show some understanding of the fears and concerns of women who aren't financially or emotionally equipped to deal with a pregnancy that was unplanned or the result of failed contraception and a government that would force them to continue the pregnancy but turn its back on both the mother and child once the child is born.

Ty Cal. ... Hocus pocus, tontus talontus, vade celeriter jubeo... more FILIBUSTERS* BREW [pirates]

Well, if it isn't the Cato Crowd's Filibuster* Boys 'n Girls' latest revamped edition of evil BS power point presentations. Adding on new layers of lies and denies to their ever growing mountain of vile BULL DUNG. And once again the gullible will slurp it up, chow it down, and regurgitate on cue. Repeat: for claiming that empirical information is not important the CATO CLUBBERS sure do concoct a never ending supply, albeit junk numbers based on meaningless nonsense. My soul is SICKENED as is anyone's who has any genuine information on what is actually going on in our Governments across the nation. Democrats et al need to reach down real deep...take it to another level and refuse to play roles in the GOP's Shitty Charades campaign productions.

Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn and cauldron bubble
For a charm of powerful trouble,
Like a hell-broth boil and bubble." ―William Shakespeare

I've just got one take away. Any American who does not vote Democratic all across the board is shooting himself or herself in the foot.

I like Joe Biden--I don't like lyin' Ryan--the "bean" story does nothing for me.

A worm is not a butterfly, grapes are not wine, a board is not a table, metal is not a car and a fetus is not a human being....they are all potentially capable of being developed into something other than what they orginally exist as.
To take the power away from women's personal reproductive rights and hand it to the Gov't because of personal religious beliefs seems to be the goal of republicans and not saying they aren't hypocrits about that too. Even though our Constitution has a clause which says " secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves " .... some do not interpret it as pertaining to women at all.

Ryan had a dry-mouth and was drinking water every other minute an indication he was nervous. He had to defend his lies, defend Romney and that was a monumental task. Joe was relaxed although he couldn't contain himself at times listening to the garbage coming out of Ryan's mouth ( and neither could I as I shouted at the TV set like a crazy person)

I watched Biden wipe the floor with Ryan...although not all commentators thought the same. Even many Dems had some negative comments for Biden, which I don't understand at all! When FuxNoise glowingly showers all Reps with deep affection and words of inane praise, why can't Dems do the same for their own candidates?!...especially when they do a great job. I was very happy to hear Joe take on the war machine...despite Martha Radditz's attempt to demonize any attempt to curb spending with her interrupting and odd questions she inserted. Joe stuck to the Progressive stance that we need to wind things down and gave many facts regarding the worldwide military bases. This was completely missing from the Pres. debate, and I hope the Dems continue to put Reps "on the spot" and defend sequestration.
