A friend has a dome in her back yard that is manufactured for this purpose. Tilapia in the lower level swim around and around, and the top tier grows plants using the fish water for fertilizer. It worked so well, the plants were overtaking the whole dome and had to be thinned down!

Noted, Thank you Cal.
