Did you know that many of the brave FEMA first responders, who drop everything to help those in need, don't even have insurance to care for themselves?

Noted & signed. TY, Cal! EVERY US citizen should have affordable healthcare, certainly first responders to Hurricane Sandy & every other disaster, natural or otherwise. Another primary reason why emergency services should NEVER be privatized. Profit incentive misplaced & over-applied in this public policy issue.

I think that these folks surely deserve to have Federal Health Care insurance. People whose lives involve , in effect, stopping their lives, to help others, for pay, or not, going into disaster areas ought to be supported in this way.
