Yes i agree with John B. i do hope Reinaldo goes to University and perhaps all the other children in his class.

The Bolivian government has got to get with this program and then some otherwise Bolivia will remain a third world country, and that would be very sad indeed.
The children deserve an education, and likewise those women and men who can afford and want to be educated should be able to through adult education programs.
"The Education Ministry is also working to implement the constitution adopted in 2009, which declared Bolivia a “plurinational” state, where the educational system must be inter-cultural and multilingual."

If the Republicans had gotten their way....this could be the future of the US. Refusing to support schools with tax-payer funds means their eventual decline.
