I would second that, Pam. There is a lot of talk but no real answers, even when the shooting ends the country will be in ruins.

There is still strong support for President Assad despite the US, Britain & Israel frantic efforts to do to him what they did to Khadaffi, Saddam Hussein, Mossadegh of Iran, etc. etc.

Which side is savage? This is a no brainer, if you refuse to be USA's client state and play nice with Israel, you will be targetted for execution with extreme prejudice.
If the US & Israel would stop arming Assad's opponents and not allow the flow of mercenaries from Libya to Syria, this crisis would be over.
