Barack Hussein Obama was giving us his best acting role today.....getting high on hearing his own voice, saying a lot of things building his legacy in the history books, competing with Martin Luther King, you name it, you heard and witnessed it today. But tomorrow is another day and reality sets in and he returns to being the most polarizing president in the history of our country. He is incapable of reaching across the aisle and his lack of leadership skills mirror Jimmy Carter. He promised a lot today and he will, once again, fail to execute.

He didn't talk about sequestration arriving soon which will put millions of Americans out of jobs and the unemployment will soar to over 10%. And, yet, the liberals will blindly follow his every word like the Pied Piper never questioning him never having an original thought of their own that Obama could possibly be the worst thing that has ever happened to our country.

i found Obama's Inaugural Address a tribute to himself. Singular. Have you seen the video of Michelle rolling her eyes when Boehner was speaking at their luncheon recently? Yes, this is the couple who represents the United States of America.

Obama stepped out of the closet today.....the liberals have been calling Obama a "centrist" and today he stepped out as a flaming liberal. Must have been very uncomfortable in that closet for him the past four years.

Maybe Obama thinks he'll get the Academy Award this go round. Why not? He received the Nobel Peace Prize for doing nothing.

My computer won't let me watch it all, so will try tomorrow. I was so happy when Obama won! As for Diane O's comments...she really seems to have a lot of hate, contrary to the words on her home page. What's up with that Diane? Acting, lying, flaming conservative?

@Diane O.
you know what your problem is Diane? You are full of pucky and don't know or care about the facts. President Obama has been stopped at every turn by a republican tea bag group that doesn't understand what the word MAJORITY means.
They oppose women's rights when the MAJORITY of the country supports it.
They oppose cutting defense spending when the MAJORITY of the country supports it.
They want to cut social programs like Medicare and Social Security, education funding, when the MAJORITY of the country wants them left alone.
They oppose and continue to blame the deficit on social programs with no acknowledgement of the fact that Bush the jerk put us in this mess due to war, and tax cuts for the top 10%. Social Security had nothing to do with it.
You found nothing in Obama;s speech because you cannot see past your uptight bigoted nose. And oh yes, the sequester mess is due to an intransigent republican party that was unwilling to negotiate a year ago. Now they will do the same thing. Let them, we can clean out the congress of all of your idiot friends in 2014.

I don't hate anyone and I certainly do not hate the president. I don't like it when people lie about who they are and what their intentions are. In this case, I have been watching and listening to Obama since 2007 and I've read his books. Once you read his books you'll get a better understanding of why he should've never been elected POTUS.

I remember reading the same kind of comments written about George W. Bush here on Care 2 and they were no different than my comments and in many cases they were worse.

47% of Americans DID NOT vote for Obama. I'm one of the 47% and we all feel the same way.

Yes, Billie, the King was crowned again, the First Lady was rolling her eyes again...first at the folding of the American flag and now at John Boehner. Meanwhile, Obama was smacking his gum. You just can't make this stuff up.

I don't believe either side wants sequestration to happen but the fact is it is going to happen and Obama is the president. When it happens soon millions of Americans will hit the unemployment lines and if you think we are in a mess today just wait for this to happen.

Yesterday was all about American history and tradition; I find it sad how some people do not seem to understand that.
I watched because it is history and I love my country.

Concerning the flag and the eye rolling; neither one happened. And yes, I have seen the footage...the First Lady did NOT say anything nasty about our flag ( people who have studied lip reading and body language agree) and that was NOT an eye roll. She never looked UP!I I read several comments calling her all sorts of horrible names-many of them racist. "She is leaning forward at the table-how rude!" She was leaning forward because The President and Boehner were having a conversation and she was trying to keep out of their way! "She was still eating when everyone else was finished-what a pig" Does anyone consider that she is a slow eater? Men usually eat faster than women...I know I am always the last one finished no matter who I am dining with!
Enough of the petty, stupid crap already!!

The President chewed some gum; so WHAT? He was watching a PARADE for God sakes.

I thought the Inauguration was a very nice event!!!!

One thing, though--Dr. Jill Biden should wear long sleeves in the middle of winter to set an example--kids should always wear a sweater/sweat shirt to school in the winter in case of fire drill (when they must exit the bldg). Also, it is cold in the Midwest these winter days; many of us know to dress in layers, wear neck scarves, etc. We all must contribute to the effort to reduce global warming/climate change.

Diane O. are you still are you still at a "tea party"? Please don't ever put Barack Obama on the same low level as G. W. Bush.
