Anything genetically engineered for food can't possible be safe! Leave nature alone, because when you mess with it bad things happen, and people suffer illness and abnormalities at birth.

This isn't about producing more food to feed a growing population - as most things like this, it's about making money. AquaBounty cannot make money with the facilities they have, they will have to lease or franchise the technology to others, that is where the money lies. 'Others' are not going to be as careful as AquaBounty claims they will be, which means more fish will escape.

Frankenfish is not as nutritious as other salmon, they have a higher level of a hormone linked to cancer, a higher level of allergy potency, and I've been reading lately they don't grow as fast or as large as AquaBounty claims.

The truth is that genetically modified salmon grows faster, but it should not be very healthy. Therefore, I prefer not to use it.
