Rep. John Bradley is in the process of negotiating a bill that would set state rules for hydraulic fracturing, but he faces a fight from an anti-fracking group. They believe regulation of the drilling process should be left up to local residents.

Say no to Fracking it is dangerious we must stop to think about our health over all others with our water safety gone would it be better for us to have gas companies to contaminate our drinking water over our health and safety. This is not I repeat it is not they way to new energy resources we need safey to first. I am against Fracking lets go with win and the sun safer and more enviomental safer.

Say NO to Fracking. The local people are the ones that are ultimately going to pay if their water and air become contaminated.

Now that Mexico's drilling a mile down into their aquifer to get drinking water, I wonder if this new info will affect the fracking that's being done here. Previously, drilling companies have stated their lack of concern for the aquifers because of their stance that no one would drill a mile down for drinking water.

The radio has been playing Oil Associations ads claiming Illinois producers have been fracking since the 1950's & that proves it's safe!:( Of course that's NOT the whole story..but us little people don't need to know Everything, we just Wouldn't Understand..:(
