Three states are the latest states to introduce Ag-Gag laws and lawmakers in 10 other states introduced similar bills in 2011-2012.

So much for free speech in a so-called free and democratic country. But you can walk around the States armed to the teeth killing anyone within sight. Strange country.

On second thoughts: if reporting farm animal abuse is considered an Act of Terrorism JUST WHAT is it considered when you massacre innocents????????????? Unbelievable........

Here is a link to a Force Change petition that anyone can sign opposing the bill in New Hampshire:

I am not the brightest bulb in the chandelier but I feel this "ruling" insults the very intelligence of even the most simple-minded among us!! An act of terrorism! Really?
Hi-jacking & flying airplanes into buildings IS terrorism! Lawfully, peacefully and calmly trying to protect animals from unnecessary torment is NOT terrorism.
This is incredulous!!!!
Good post, Cal!

Good article, thank you. This is insanity and extremely disturbing. We all must be vigilent and not allow ourselves to be controlled.

Noted. Thanks for a great article. We together must fight for these animals. How many signatures will it take???? Bring on the petitions and we'll sign them. Animals need rights as we enjoy. Awful knowing what these animals suffer through daily.

Another 'kill the messenger' type of law designed to protect Big Corporations from the laws.

Astonishing: as of this year it is illegal to keep pigs in stalls within the European Union. Most countries haven't got there yet but I am proud to say that the UK has. The US is so backwards in so many respects when it comes to farm animal welfare. There is so much more for the EU to do but it has made significant moves on pigs, chickens and veal calves, the movement of live animals etc.
To characterise whistleblowers as terrorists shows the continual abuse of power from your political classes and the flaw in your democracy: there should be no funding from big business for politicians.

How ironic! People are willing to put their lives on the line to obtain proof of abuse and neglect, mistreatment of animals and often of the employees as well...and they can be labeled "terrorists?" They should be receiving honors instead!!! Orwellian "double-speak" if I ever heard it! To sign petition go to:

One reason not to visit New Hampshire, Wyoming and Nebraska...and another reason to go vegan/cruelty-free.
