and I was hoping you would say resignation! Of course he'll approve the pipeline. Previous action was just an election delay. he also won't act on fracking. His environmental record is the pits.

After listening to Obama's State of the Union speech, sounds lie the Keystone XL is on the fast track to go through. So sad.
