WoW - I'm actually speechless after viewing those videos. Sea Shepherd was willing to be in harm's way to stand up for the cause. Kudos!!!

I'm thankful no one with Sea Shepherd was hurt. The Japanese need to stop killing whales, period. There is no reason that is good enough for them to continue this slaughter.

This once again exposes to the public the thuggery of the Japanese whalers. It is well known that they are nothing but a bunch of gangsters run by yakuza and bankrolled by a corrupt Japanese government who still have not entered the modern world.I take my hat off to the crew members of the Seashepherd ships and to all who support them.I wish them well and a safe return home.I am sorry to say that I do not wish the same for the whalers.

This is not the first time that the whalers have rammed Sea Shepherd ships ot the first time that the Sea Shepherds have successfully disrupted refueling operations ending the whaling season early. Way to go!

Sea Shepard crew you guys are true heros. The whalers are low life slime, they should pay for the ships repairs. The whalers need to face the same fate as the poor whales.

Trust Gillard to not care. Does she not realize that the Australian Anti-Whaling vessel was rammed last week after a Japanese whaling vessel breached an international agreement by whaling in the waters of the Australian Antarctic Territory? I never thought I'd agree with Bob Brown, but something needs to be done. Noted.

"Cull", "management", "harvest",

What innocuous words. When the violence occurs and the animal screams in terminal pain, you have to be there to understand.

When I was a child, I even understood the silent desperate flipping of a fish, dying as you would when deprived of sufficient oxygen.

All that is truly needless killing must end. Financial benefit is needless. begin to consider that.

Thanks Cal for posting the link to the update, photos and videos. Kudos to the brave crew members of the Sea Shepard fleet for confronting the Whalers. I was thankful that the article didn't mention any injuries to any one. Read. viewed and noted.

Cetacean Research has to be the biggest lie of the Century. It is an international scandal that they are allowed to perpetrate this lie. EVERYONE knows that this is an excuse for slaughter and only the Sea Shepherd are doing anything active against them.
