Her spokesperson said she did nothing inappropriate. Yet, for some reason there is an investigation, by the Republican led House.

LOL Bachmann believes in one set of rules for her and another set of rules for everyone else. That's why she railed against government aid or grants in her presidential campaign despite her family's farm and her husband's clinic having benefited from government money.

Noted. Thanks, Cal. I can only hope that the findings of this investigation cause her to lose her seat.

Thanks Cal for the link to the article by Chris Moody and the Bachman video segment from her CPAC appearance. There have been rumors about this for the last five months as I recall, but now that the investigation has started I will be very interested to see what they find out. Read, viewed (YUCK) and noted.

Will be so glad to see this acid-dipped tongue out of Congress. She is such a brainless twit that she shouldn't be on the Intelligence Committee. Not to mention, Queen of the Liars Club.

Where there is smoke, there usually is fire. Guano Girl is an embarrassment to the American people, and I suspect that is partially why the House dominated Republican/Teabaggers are supporting the investigation.

Noted. Always a good thing and a worthy candidate for a fact-check indeed. Tx.

Tuesday March 26, 2013, 2:06 pm to give some facts on your accusation about Michele Obama? We never heard anyone squawk when Nancy Reagan demanded only the finest designer's clothes. Mrs. Obama buys off the rack a lot. Nancy Reagen wouldn't have been caught dead in something from The Gap or Calvin Klein. When she goes anywhere, BY LAW, she has to have security and it was also provided for every other family who lived in the WH. When they go anyplace where they might take friends or other members of the family, they pay for them out of their own money. The Bush girls had security for their drinking parties in college but we sure never heard about that from you, now did we?

Wish I could say I am surprised at this
news, but, especially with her husband's
bogus business, it was only a matter of

What irony, Bachmann and ethics in the same sentence. Of course, there are precious few Republicans of any stripe with ethics, so I doubt this will go anywhere.

Why would you expect John G to have facts? At his probable age it's pretty late to start posting truth now.

I was shocked when I heard this that an ethics committee seemed to be karma-influenced LOL. It certainly is about time.
My personal opinion on Presidential, and Presidential family, security., is that it would be a good thing if it were better and stronger now than it ever has been. I have never heard of any hate groups which specifically target, as a group, white Texans, whites from Arkansas, Hollywood actors, white Southern Baptists, or whatever.

Oh John...what perfect timing. Here's something about the very man who was assigned to the Bush girls and what he has to say about all of you slamming the Obama's for taking trips.....

I wish this incompetent woman would just go away! She and Sarah Palin are giving female politicians a bad reputation. They may be attractive, but they're certainly not the brightest bulbs on the string. If she quit politics, she could join her strange husband's business and and help him "pray away the gay" in his clientele. Their next stop could be televangelism...

Is it just me, or does anyone else think her husband looks like Chastity Bono (no offense intended to Mr. Bono).
