guess I have to give up my scones and muffins! Maybe I should just start working out - but that already makes me tired thinking of it - especially with poly-arthritis - but I do need to start Something! :)

Certainly tasty, smoothies pack a lot of energizing punch...not to mention taste. I always sneak some spinach in as well...even into fruit smoothies but just don't tell the wild blueberries!

I enjoy my looooong walks,

When there's no bathroom around, you can hide behind a dumpster or large garbage can. I go pretty
far into the alley not to get caught. lol

Walking is such a great exercise.
