Who's she trying to kid? Since when do fro profit companies work more cheaply than the government? Answer, only when they cut corners and don't do due diligence. And get paid by whoever they are "investigating".

Noted. So glad to read this. As our gov't continues to try to pull the wool over our eyes, we seem to be ready for battle against them, thankfully. I guess the ball's in Kerry's court now.....
