I totally support them, I understand very well from my direct experiences. To die for something is very much better than to live for nothing!!!

Noted with hope, they shall be saved, thanks Cal.

The goverment of Mexico is nothing but an expensive prostitute that sells its people, properties and land out to the highest bidder, starting with the current president on down. I have traveled the state of Oaxaca extensively from its beautiful coastlines to its majestic mountains. Sadly the poverty you see is beyond belief. Slavery is alive all over the state (oh hell all over Mexico) if people only really knew the damage and destruction done by these abusive companies. All of them not just Canadian companies. The days of pirates terrorizing the seas has now switched over to land and the pirate/corporations rape, pillage, plunder and murder at will. I am originally from Mexico and cannot return because of my political beliefs. though the USA is also not the promised land we were led to believe. We do to the native Americans the same thing as is being done to the Oaxacan natives. :(,,,,,,,

Thanks, Cal. Excellent comment by Aurea (above). Although I've noticed those Canadian mining companies have their dirty hands all over the world....they are pushing their weight around here in AZ, too. We continue our fight against the Rosemont mine. We must all support each other...country to country, citizen to citizen in our fight against them. Worldwide, we could be a mighty force.

We, the people, have to save Mother Earth.

Our leaders have been intoxicated with power and money
which will never satisfy.

The indigenous people in Mexico have been exploited horribly for a very long time now, not just now by the miners. It's about time we stood up for them and led the world know of their plight.
