We all get stressed out about this and that, but in the grand scheme of things....
Very little truly matters.

Live as harmlessly as you can, be kind along the way and make sure your soul is on the right track. (This does matter!)

So much for dismissing the "poor weak fellow" who feels so "stressed" - a little compassion and action goes a long way - and is totally lacking in our society (well that's an exaggeration) - but think about it?

I believe 100% that stress kills. I saw it happen to both my parents--esp. my mom. She was so stressed after my dad died that she got physically sick. Doctors gave her various medicines that didn't fact, I believe the side effects and combined effects were harmful. Then, she went on a special diet and started yoga, but nothing could remove the stress. I know. I watched her disintegration.
