Republican BULLIES flailing around, trying to look as if they're actually DOING something important. Instead, they're just picking on women and families.

BULLIES.

I think it's fair to say that each of the new abortion laws are unconstitutional. This judge is but the first, I would guess these crazy laws will all come under constitutional challenge.

Thanks for the article, Cal. It's a shame these Republicans can't find anything better to do than harass women about their bodies.

It's not just the Republicans who are doing this - it's the Religious Extremists, made up of those on BOTH sides. The GOP/Tea Party is the most noticeable but there are Democrats, Independents, nationalized immigrants of other faiths. That's why this topic is so explosive. You will find not only the faux Christians, but true Christians coming together, focused on this one idea and it's very difficult to break them.

Of course, th GOP/Tea Party is funding most of the legal battles because it garners them votes...they hope Democrats will switch because on this one subject there is no compromise. MN Representative Colin Peterson is a Democrat, but he is Pro-Life. Frustrating.

The GOP wastes time and money trying to take away a woman's right to choose. There has to be way to stop them.

Further evidence that the Republicans can not govern!
what a waste of time, energy, etc., as has been pointed out.
IT IS POLITICAL POSTURING, little else.

Thanks for posting the good news, Cal. These legislatures are just wasting their time and our money on bills and laws like this.

Thank goodness for this judge. Of course once it gets to the activist, legislating from the bench SCOTUS, we can kiss our rights goodbye. Noted and shared.
