This is just the beginning, these companies must be stopped with huge fines! They must be held accountable by the people who allowed them to proceed with there business! Or the people who let this happen should be held accountable!!! Who voted yes on this? Shame on yourselves!!!

They pollute, pay the fine and do it all over is no big deal to them... they pass the fine and costs on to the costomer.
