Sounds like the tech-addicts in Albany got to Governor Cuomo on this one. While they're stopped they might as well start drinking too because that would lower DWI stats and make the highways safer, right? LOL

Just plain stupid and encourages the wrong people to keep doing the wrong things. No text is worth a life ever!
