I am not sure what the article is about as I just could not connect the relationship with Pink Salmon and children. What I do know is that children can enjoy fishing. I did. If the suggestion is related to removing the cane from schools, that also means removing the ability of the teacher to immediately chastise a child for bad behaviour.
I got the cuts for poor behaviour at school because i deserved it. The effect was not detrimental to me. I guess it comes down to a totally different aspect of life. Many children will create problems of anti social activity from other causes such as poor dietary provisions or poor viewing habits of TV. Both make a vast difference in the child's behaviour. Then it is actually the parents who should get the cane, BUT, who educated their parents? TV and the fast food industry. I could go on but I think i have made my point.

Yes, it links to the pink salmon run. BUT, go to the "Europe" tab at the top, then scroll done to "Other Top Stories" in the Europe section, and there you are. The BBC website has lots of wonderful articles our MSM newspapers miss, especially about the rest of the world.

A whole generation of Spaniards growing up which could be mentally challenged due to malnutrition and faulty brain development as well as culturally deprived and therefore challenging.
