All this secrecy--just think about it. The Koch-roach brothers are extremely wealthy crooks and in league with other extremely wealthy crooks. Oh, and this article mentioned the Supreme Court's shenanigans as well. How absolutely disgusting that it's come to this. We're on our way to hell in a handbasket, folks. Lincoln said, a country gets the government it deserves.

A smack on the hand doesn't impress this group of crooks.

This is just pocket change for the Kochs but there is a need to stop such people manipulating politics to their own ends. In history many Democracies and Republics fell due to the corrupt self interests of the rich.

A law is needed to prevent anyone who is convicted of making an illegal political donation from making further contributions for political purposes - nationwide.

Fining them one million is like fining any of us one penny or one cent - it is nothing to them. I hope they get the rest of it restored, that might do something - but they will probably just be even sneakier and more underhand next time!

Possibly this is "the tip of the iceberg," and more will be found.....hopefully this will add up enough to stop this, rather than make it worse. Not only are people standing up and shouting "foul" more often, there are many dedicated people "looking under rocks" and finding more cheating and calling it out. I applaud and support all their continued efforts. Hoping to read about more cheating scandals being brought into the light, and justice being served.
