In cities across America, young people are playing a game that undermines the very idea of a civilized society. It's called the knockout game and the rules are simple: Choose a person at random, approach them casually and, with nothing but your fist, try

WTH is our world coming to? Noted and signed with utter disgust! It seems to me just participating in this kind of neanderthal behavior should be considered attempted murder plain and simple.

Honestly, I'm at a loss for words, but I do know this needs to be stopped. I don't think life in prison is appropriate or even 10 years. Perhaps some time spent in prison, but I believe some sort of therapy and community service are more warranted. Prison will only serve to enforce this type of behavior.

If they are stopped from doing it to other humans, they will, if they haven't already, turn to doing something similar to animals and no one in authority will care then.

We send way too many people to prison in the United States. We are number one in the world on a per capita basis. Our prison sentences are longer and more severe because, as usual in this county, it's all about the wealthy getting wealthier with the "for profit" prison industry. There's no money in rehabilitation.

Of course it's terrible, but I don't think it's necessary to make this a federal offense - assault is already illegal.

There are already numerous Laws on the "books" against assault, menacing, etc....
What they should have done was to put it in the Media immediately. This has become more widespread due to the "hush, hush" attitudes about it.

This is something that the Public had the Right to know about, but was considered un-newsworthy? With the Internet so easily attainable, it could, and has spread. :(

They should have warned people. It is what's called "Responsible Reporting."

Assault is against the law. Any of these kids caught playing this irresponsible "game" should have their assault charges doubled.

This is not a game it's assault with intent to commit bodily harm and in the UK results in a hefty prison sentence.I hope that these idiots find themselves on the receiving end of this moronic game. and see how funny they think it is.

What the matter with current laws. There is Murder in first degree, murder in second degree, manslaughter (both voluntary manslaughter, killing with malicious intent, and involuntary manslaughter, killing without malicious intent) and can be life in prison.

Found another video in partial HD on this awful and very sick knockout game which is currently taking place. So far, two people have been assaulted so badly that they have died.

I blame the lack of Media attention from when this first started. Someone should have seen this for its importance, and reported it.

They range in ages, a 78 year old woman to a 12 year old boy. These are racist attacks, as all of the victims are Jewish. The perpetrators are teenagers, at least one was only 13 years old. :(
