Bravo! great workers, I m in solidarity. They are much cleverer than those rich business sector for they understand that natural resources are crucial for all of us, not to destroy.
Thanks Cal

The whole Oil Palm industry makes my blood boil - it isn't just the inequalities for poor (almost slave-workers), it is the sheer destruction of habitat and locla communities to feed a Western world who seems to not care where it is getting its new "green" biofuels from, or it's cheap processed goods.... And somewhere in the middle are a lot of very rich businessmen! Where is Justice???? Where is the Caring??? Where is the voting with our feet, our wheels and our wallets???? I can't get any of my family or friends to listen to me at all!

Good for them! It's time they showed the palm oil industries who's the boss. Thanks for sharing, Cal.

BOYCOTT PALM OIL until true sustainability is assured, with NO deforestation, and NO slave labor!

I don't think some people read the article, the workers were protesting at their treatment, they were not protesting the destruction.
