I guess all the current rail accidents aren't enough to discourage them. Here in Canada Mr. Harper assures us that the new restrictions and regulations will combat and reduce the possibility of such occurrences. Yep and he had no knowledge of the Duffy scandal.
No sir, I do not have a big letter S on my forehead that say Sucker.

Got to say these corporate rats are a tenacious group - they'll lie, cheat and steal to feed their greedy purses at the expense of life on Earth!

As my old Scottish friend used to say, Bob's your uncle and Fannie's your aunt and I'd buy that for a dollar.

This is why I am so hesitant to protest many things, even if I dislike them. Most institutions, technologies, attitudes, etc. were created for good reasons and the ones that work eliminate the problem that they were meant to address so thoroughly that people forget that the problem ever existed and cannot imagine that it would return should they defeat an imperfect solution. This movement of oil by rail, vastly more dangerous and less efficient than by pipeline, is what happens when protests against pipelines succeed.
