I can't see this bill passing through congress. As happened the first time it came up, the conservatives will kill it again. Why would anyone ever think they care about women. Look at the war they're waging against women right here in the United States. The only time they "pretend" to care about women is when they want to use them as an excuse to get us into another war.

I don't see what difference this bill will make.The US discriminates against women in everyday life.Why would any foriegn country pay any attention.Put you own house in order first.
