I signed. People need to make their own natural skin exfoliates which are not harmful to themselves nor the
environment.

Try:
Combine 1 tablespoon of ground oatmeal with 1/4 teaspoon of salt, add 1 teaspoon of water or olive oil to make it into a paste. Gently rub it onto you skin in circular motions, let sit for five to 10 minutes and rinse.

Or:
Combine 1 tablespoon of ground coffee with 1 tablespoon of water or olive oil. Save the wet coffee grounds from your brewed morning coffee and use those. Since coffee grinds can clog drains, apply the scrub and buff off the grounds over a plugged sink so that you can wipe them out or use a mesh drain strainer to catch them before they go down your pipes.

Or
Mix in a teaspoon of baking soda to your facial cleanser to make it an exfoliating cleanser. Or make a paste of just baking soda and water, gently rub it onto your skin and leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing off. It has been known to help clear up acne as well.

Save money and make your own while at the same time being kind to the environment.

Microbeads don't even exfoliate! Try one of Dandelion's recipes and find out what real exfoliation feels like, and you'll never want to use a microbead again. They are just purely annoying.

signed! working up to 500,000 butterfly credits. I never donate to Raise A Farm Animal Humanely, although I did ONE TIME due to being misled by the title. This is owned by the same woman I had emailed prior to coming onto Care 2, and who now makes herself unavailable within the depths here so as to avoid communicating with people like me. She is selfish, greedy, and happy that this title misleads so many Veg'ns on C2, those of us who truly have spiritual and ethical life paths that are against ever participating in the sufferings and deaths by human of our fellow beings, into donating our earned credits to her PROFITABLE SLAUGHTER FARM. She eats and sells the meat, while claiming tax exemption as a NON profit, Educational farm! He attitude was corrupt when I communicated with her, a truly disgusting woman! I am happy that I learned the Truth in time that this is NOT A SANCTUARY for rescued farm animals, and now donate my credits to worthy causes on C2.

Ban the micro beads; there are many other ways to exfoliote, but healthy Great Lakes can't be replaced.
